Barely works for it's intended use, the system that requires it is broken and barely supported. They made this app a requirement on a Friday before a major holiday, and when it didn't work, they clocked out. Tournaments stop working half way through, information got lost during the transition which cancelled store support for the next big event. Bandai forced us to use a broken system with no functional lead time and no alternative. Also the UI is confusing, unintuitive and slow. Edited

The app doesn't even allow me to register or log in. Run into the same error messages. Had to miss an event at a convention because I didn't know the app was a requirement and I have been trying to set it up for 2 weeks with no results. Tried reinstalling but still doesn't work. Bandai you need to fix your app. Edit: finally solved the issue after looking around online. Instead of using my actual phone number, just put in all zeroes and it worked. Still caused a lot of frustration. Edited

I understand a company wanting to use there own app to organize there games, but all I ask is if we have to use your app to play in locals that it works. The search function doesn' work and if you scroll through the events all your options disappear when you reach the bottom of the page and you'll have to reload every single time. These are glaring errors that need to be fix

The app is horrible. I cannot log back in to my old information. As it skips to some other account. The errors it reads each time i search are constant. If i select a day. For some reason it chooses events 10 days earlier or 3 days ahead of the chosen point. The card search app is broken. And same with the deck builder. Id rather eat coal at this point.

The app is bad overall. What also makes it worse is the UI seems to be slightly different depending on your phone. An example, only one of my local shop goer's has the search filter for favorite stores despite everyone being up to date. Let's not forget that the app setup for playing is unfriendly to parents of children without phones.
