This would have been 4, possibly 5 stars for the app. It's easy to configure and seems to work as advertised. I'd wish for a "base state" and an end time or duration for configurations, so that a schedule could automatically "flow" back to the base state. It's such an obvious feature that I suspect it's actually there, and I suspect that I'm just missing it. What I'm NOT missing - because it's IMPOSSIBLE to miss them... - are the ads. Good grief, the ADS. I had to live through THREE of them just to add a single new configuration. Want to make a simple change to a configuration? Be prepared to watch a couple more ads. Want to delete a test configuration? Watch another ad first. Want to answer the bloody "Please rate us 5 stars" dialog? You can't even do THAT until you've watched YET ANOTHER AD. They pop up CONSTANTLY. Come on! I fully support you making money from your work, and this is exactly the kind of app that I HAPPILY pay for. I know you want us to buy the premium edition, but you're shooting yourself in the foot by making the free/trial version so PAINFUL to use that the only thing we want to do is delete it. Which in my case is exactly what's going to happen. Final score: 1 star - and removed from the device. Make it possible to actually evaluate it and things would have been very different. Edited

Listen, this app has absolutely changed my life! I have so many ups and downs on my volume during the day: up waking up, down at work, up at lunch, back down at work, up after work, back down at bedtime...Then the weekend is totally different when I add in ups and downs going in and out of church. This app schedules it all for me and voila! The volume magically turns on and off just when I need it to. Hallelujah! Thank you for such a practical, time-saving and frustration-saving app!!!

Wish I could use it! In the past 5 minutes I have only gone through the tutorial and pressed Edit. In that time I have gone through 10 ads. I also accidentally left the app. I opened it, ad. Clicked edit, ad. Good concept, but impossible to use if it takes 5 minutes to press 1 button.

Great app! I've gotten years of great use. Learning it had some rough edges at first, but the ease of use saves a lot of hassle and embarrassment (office, private meetings, etc). My settings are home, office, outside, silent and 'notify only'. Notify Only you're my favorite. Create what you want, seems endless. I've been using the Pro version for years. Will you be updating Volume Scheduler Pro to comply with Android 14? Love it and the fee is no problem. Thanks. Regards, Charles

Pretty good for the free version, though the ads are annoying as you get one after every change, but once you set it up and as long as you don't need to go back in to change settings, you don't really need to deal with ads on an on going basis. So definitely not a huge on-going issue. The paid version isn't super expensive so I will probably just get that anyways, if nothing else to support the maker, because it is a useful app, and the other one I used to use keeps crashing on my new phone.
