There are lots of reasons why I don't like this app. 1. It is very simple, there is no tools that help you to make memories. 2. I can not add any photo or other media 3. Editing tools are poor here 4.There is no "Setting"! 5. It is hard to be sure that it has been backed up or not 6. It designed just for English language, and there are some problems when I wanted to write in Persian_ We write from right to left. 7. I used to write my memos in "OneNote" in my Windows phone, but this Note is not..

RE; since the update, my messages no longer appear in the Hub ******ATTN Blackberry Limited - thank you for your quick response. In regard to that, Yes. I just tried that and it worked. Unfortunately I like to have all of my notifications turned off as i hate the popup on the screen when im doing something else. is there any way to turn off the popup notification on the screen and only have an audible notification. this is extremely frustrating. thank you. On Android 7.1, you can turn off the notification pop-ups in device Settings - Notifications - Messages - Show silently.

The app works and has more features however the search function is wasting my time. I have used Blackberry OS for 10yrs + and I wish you would go back to OS 10 Note app configuration. The Note App in OS:10 was easier to use and the search function worked much better. Why would you want to search for the random words in the TEXT of the Note? Is there a option to change this to search the Title only? Blackberry OS 7 was the best and simplest in my opinion. Android is too complex, not efficient. Edited

terrible. new version makes me unable to view much of what is in note. previously font was smaller and could see entire title of note. not anymore now can only see a few letters which makes it impossible to figure out what note you want except to open it. i tried to change font size or view but this is not an option. also the help button supposedly describing new features has nothing under it except the version number of the update. no improvements at all. Just displays notes differently, worse. Edited

extremely unclear as to whether or not anything backed up. Too "user friendly" to be versatile or especially useful. It also does a bunch of auto-formatting stuff that, while fairly minor, is also really annoying when suddenly there's spaces where there shouldn't be, bullet points I didn't add appear out of nowhere, and text is a bunch of sizes for no reason.
