When I edit a contact's Notes, the app keeps jumping the screen (and cursor) to the very bottom (of long notes), wrongly assuming that I always add/edit at the end of my notes. I edit my notes all over (top, middle, bottom). I hate that the screen keeps jumping to the bottom ALWAYS!! PLEASE FIX ASAP!!! Especially since paying $1/mo for this app!!! Also, app won't save changes if edit the contact 3 consecutive times. Weird! Edited

Very slow. Identifies as "duplicates" entries that really aren't. Can't use to make phone calls because fails to take proper account of the + exit code. About the worst contacts application I've ever used. And w/ the latest update, it's even slower and crashes when you search. Great job... Edited

I do not need to see my name and contact information at the top of my contact list. I know how to contact myself. I would much prefer the search bar that we used to have. It is hard to get the search bar to appear. Also I do not like the colored boxes around the teeny tiny pictures of my favorites. I prefer large pictures of my favorites because, after all, they are my favorites. I am uninstalling this app.

Not nearly as good as the BlackBerry Contacts app on original BlackBerry 10 devices. - Each contact is randomly assigned a color that you cannot change. - It will not import profile pictures from LinkedIn, Twitter, or Facebook. - If editing a contact in the middle of your list, you are brought back to the top of the contacts when you save your changes (instead of keeping your place in the middle of the list). It's a problem if you have a long list! Edited

A design mess. How difficult can it be to create the umpteenth version of a contacts app that makes sense. I don't want to "hang out" here, I need quick access to all contacts irrespective where they are stored so the first task would be to fully sync all data. And pay attention to detail. Remove the ugly gaps between first and last name. I'm quite certain this was never tested in a user lab. Ruining the blackberry legacy one app at a time. Edited
