the app is really frustrating. Glitches constantly. found I was pressing screen to select answer and it would choose another option, or not show explanations. paid for 6 months, used for maybe a week before gave up in frustration. no reply to email. subscription has now lapsed and will not be renewing

Hi, I made payment for the whole year subscription(MRCP) through the BMJ app( via Google play) but my subscription didn't renewed. I contacted BMJ and they said since I made the payment through the app so contact the app developer. I contacted google too and they told me the payment went through and I need to contact app developer. is there a way to contact you people? Edited

The BMJ OnExamination app has valuable resources, but the experience is frustrating. The loading times are excessively long, wasting time, and many links are outdated or non-functional. These issues seriously undermine its usability. I hope these problems are addressed soon to match the quality of its content. Please upgrade the loading time for onExamination website too, it is very frustrating

shockingly glitchy. the iphone app is miles better. its basically unsuable, can we patch this please?? we are paying for a service and we should receive it.

The questipns on the app themselves are excellent. But the app itself is very poor. Cant go back to see previous question. Can't freely choose number of desired questions. Can't choose multiple specific subjects. No performance measure whatsoever (hobestly thats fine if its not there). Can't pause a question session and come back. Very poor app for studying. Previous app was actually better. Edited
