I don't mind ads but they take it too far. I downloaded to refresh my multiplication skills and I like it for that reason however you review a table once and get a long unskipable game ad, the type you have to play along with. its about 2 minutes and then you can continue in the app. im sure its designed this way on purpose to get you to buy the premium version but instead I promptly uninstalled the app after going through the above scenario twice.

Not good for practicing. I'm Gen X trying to just run through problems to keep my brain fresh and they want me to relearn how to do math... Also lots of ads or pay.
