Terrible. I never received my advance but I was still charged an exorbitant fee. I tried to cancel repeatedly but they take so long to respond it's pointless. I can't sit watching a chat for ten hours hoping for a reply, and they close the chat immediately if you aren't there when someone deigns to respond. The app UI is also awful. You can't use basic typing features like automatic caps at the start of a sentence, for seemingly no reason, and the app pushes and pushes you into using credit.

Wish their was a negative star rating, this would be my 1st one ever. But I would give it right here. Bright is a scam, and they will take money out of your account without permission, saying it's a subscription. I downloaded the app and filled out miniumal info,downloaded current that can't find my job, money,whatever, and Bright charged me 100 dollars, putting me in the negative and paying 60 bucks or chargeback. Joke of an app for sure. Canceled the subscription after I found out how. Edited

I absolutely LOVE this application and the programs and services offered! As a single mother working a full-time job and also full-time student, it gets rough and hard. I was skeptical at first because of my credit and the constant denial from other apps, but Bright Money not only helped with an advance, but is still currently helping me with better money management and strategies. 10/10

This app is my new craze! Round ups are incredibly helpful to prove that little change makes a big difference. All of the tools are easy to use and help me to form the best plan possible for being able to conquer my debt once and for all and achieve financial freedom. There are so many available resources for budgeting and financing and none of them are particularly overwhelming or complicated. The team is wonderful to work with, and are always compassionate when it comes to assistance.
