I have been using this app for years, since when they first started with iOS. It is a great app to track daily expenses and monitor spending over time. The customer service is responsible and efficient. Just noticed the significant jump in subscription cost next year when I need to renew. Considering I am outside of US that I won't be able to sync with bank accounts, and syncing across platforms never really worked for me, I wonder if I will continue my record keeping... Edited

I was very happy with the communication back and forth on my issue. With the latest version it seems issue has been resolved. Suggestion for improvement: when adding a transaction, if the agent is new and you add it from the transaction entry, it would be nice if it was then automatically select for that transaction rather than having to find it again and selecting it.

I purchased the Pro version a couple years ago and have loved it until recently, whatever update was done a couple months ago is awful!! Just to start....My data takes forever to load when opening the app, it closes out on me all the time, I can't see transaction amounts unless I open the transaction, I have to close the app to see updated account balances, and the auto-correct is AWFUL!!! It will change common words like rent or groceries to something completely different!

This app allows me to do everything on my phone that i used to do with quicken on my computer. I manage 3 bank accounts, do my budget, and track my debt all in one place. Love the ability to customize icons for categories. After 6 months of using this, I purchased the upgrade so I can sinc it with my iPad. It won't work! I am so frustrated! Every time I delete it from my iPad and reinstall it, I have different balances. It should either work... Or not...!! Edited

This app won over 2 other apps I was testing out. I has the best UI and great features. However changes were made and there is now a subscription business model preventing the full use of the app. I purchased this app when it was a one-time fee and so far I have not lost use of the features that I use. I disagree with the apps-as-service trend and will find another app if I need to. P.S. The banner notice requesting that I buy in to a subscription is a bearable annoyance.
