Works well most of the time, but I've noticed a couple bugs. #1 - history for corner addresses. If I tap the History for a location and it's a corner address, it'll show prior alarms at various locations in the vicinity, rather than the specific location I'm going to. #2 - unit tracking. The app allows you to see unit locations, but is very slow to update. For example, the ambulance that's sitting 10 feet away from me in the station last updated 6hrs ago and still shows at the hospital.

The app is great and recent UI changes have drastically improved the aesthetic on Android. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is that sometimes the call information lags by a full minute before showing up on the phone (every second counts in emergencies) and they seem to not properly handle character encoding as I will see things like "amp;" instead of "&" for some calls.

It works half the time. I'm not sure what im doing wrong, which is nothing. When it works, it's great. Using a Samsung Galaxy 22. I get alerted when it feels like alerting. If I don't have my pager on that's usually when it decides not to advise me that my town is burning down. My fault I guess.

I only have one gripe with this app: if I tap the History tab, and the address happens to be a corner address, it'll populate with previous jobs from basically every address in the immediate area. So now I'm sorting through 6 address histories to find prior jobs at only one address.

Will update the rating if the issue gets fixed but today, I noticed none of the units dispatched are displayed on the incidents. Also, I no longer see which medics are dispatched to runs in the historical tab.
