App has one major problem. When analyzing survey results, I am unable to view individual respondent results. I select the people icon in the upper right corner. I then choose which respondents survey to review. 90 percent of the time there are no details, just a blank screen. If I click between respondents occasionally the app will populate results. This does not occur on my PC. This one issue defeats the purpose of installing the app. Edited

OH NO! Will NOT complete ANY more surveys!! They come with a "Reward" at the end, which usually requires just payment of shipping and handling for the item of your choice. HOWEVER, I've gotten burned by selecting rewards that turn out to be "trials", although that was NOT indicated. After receiving my reward, I'd get huge charges against my card for the "Remainder due", because I did not call to cancel the trial AND return the item. I do NOT recommend this app!

The app has limitations on it that make it almost not worth the time in using it. For one thing, you cannot make legitimate quizzes using the app: there is no way to score questions and no way to set the correct answers. Along with that, the type of questions you can create in the app are dramatically less than what is available on the web platform. You also cannot delete quiz pages from the app for some reason. I'm no developer, but these functions should be simple enough to put in the app.

I try to edit a question or share my survey and nothing loads. When I did share the survey the multiple choice boxes didn't even work. Maybe it's just a problem that specifically I'm having, but I want to let people know that it is possible this app might just not work for you

App works fine, pricing is outrageous. We created a short survey for event feedback for our nonprofit. At no point in the creation and sending process were we informed we would only be able to see the first 25 responses without paying $400. SM is holding the other 3/4 of our survey responses hostage. We don't mind paying for the service, but not having any less expensive options is ridiculous. We only need to send one short survey per year.
