I got this to use with a back warmer/massager. This tries scanning for my massager, which is on, but doesn't find it. The bluetooth is turned on for android. No additional instructions in the app. Plus, they want access to your phone, media, etc. for no reason. Doesn't work, just want your stuff I guess.. cooool....

The app works perfectly fine. I just downloaded for my heating pad and got it easily to work with the app. Since the instructions are confusing, heres simple ones. Plug in heating pad to power bank and set it down, download this app, turn on phones bluetooth, open the app, accept permissions, then on bottom right of screen press devices (has a bluetooth symbol). Once i pressed that, it searched and within 2 seconds said connected. I tested massage first and it immediatly worked.

Apps doest work since it will not connect to the ftoyin device. The product itself works great by itself. I managed to have my phones Bluetooth connect to the ftoyin charger unit; the app just does not acknowledge there is any connection. Skip the Bluetooth and app.

Does not connect to device and does not tell how to troubleshoot to get device to connect. Device itself so far is GREAT. App, not so much.

It's absolutely worthless. Doesn't connect. Just use the device manually, and don't waste your time downloading or attempting to use this.
