updated review. I wish that I could create a playlist to listen to. That really needs to be a thing. I absolutely HATE the random forced email authentication. It is ridiculous. Don't know why they started making us do that on something that is supposed to be relaxing. It instantly passes me off. Cheers to the neighborhood gossip. It never puts me to sleep because it is hilarious. But it is great for a little chuckle at the end of a hard day. Please make more of those. Edited

I have the Calm Health app through my employer. Previously, I've used the original full-featured version for the sleep soundscapes and I find it very helpful for sleeping. However, unlike the full app, there is no sleep timer in this version and so the sounds play all night long. I wake up during the night with the feeling that I've never reached a deep sleep and I end up being fully awake after manually stopping the ambient sounds. The timer is an essential feature that must be included.

terrible application. No way to search for anything you want to listen to. it forces you to do mental health check-ins and then spoon feeds you only meditations that it wants you to listen to, which are generally not useful. sometimes starts a series in the middle or the end, so you don't know what is going on and offers no way to find the rest of the series. application does everything possible to irritate and frustrated you, ultimately worsening your mental health and increasing your stress.

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback, we appreciate it!
If you go to the Discover tab (the one with the magnifying glass) there is indeed a search function there. Please keep your feedback coming, we are listening.

This app is an extremely helpful(& educational) tool that I wish everyone could turn to in today's world. In the first few months alone, this app became a lifeline of sorts. During a very bad PTSD event, I immediately turned to this app for help because I couldn't even verbalize what was going on in my head in the moment. It got me through a few anxiety/stress, insomnia, & depression events. Wish I still had a free trial (study participant) but will likely purchase, esp if they add more to it! Edited

Has been critical in helping me get to sleep lately and help avoid anxious late night thoughts, BUT won't be using it more until they fix the major bug on Android (Pixel): three times now when I've fallen asleep to an audio, I've been woken up in the middle of the night to the same audio randomly playing again from the beginning, unprompted. Creepy and very unhelpful, PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS!
