Avoid like the plague. Use the website version. Its a terrible app, doesn't function well, slides can freeze, app can freeze, connection is not stable through it, sending messages are not practical. It also sends and shares all your data and interaction you do with LinkedIn and Facebook. This app is also allowed in China but the website is blocked, that is also a giant red flag.

Highly recommended to anyone who wants to improve their speaking. If you are looking for an effective way to learn how to speak fluently (for whatever reason such as IELTS speaking part), then you will find it the most useful app. Notice that it will not improve your writing or reading or listening as much as speaking because its aim is only speaking. Overall 5/5.

App is okay. Doesn't allow you to do too much from a teacher's standpoint. Recently, when I click on messages the app crashes! I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it still does the same. UPDATE!!!!!! (1/19/20) The app no longer crashes when I click on messages! Their new updates seems better so far! Now all I need is for it to be more tutor-friendly where we could make reservations, cancel them, and view our schedules! I'm sure this is soon to come. The new look is good. Love the colors! Edited

No tutor support whatsoever which is unacceptable. I can't adjust reservations from the app, can't message anyone I haven't already messaged via web. This has been a huge problem when I've had power outages and have been unable to message students. The mobile web page also doesn't let you send new messages. I understand not tutoring from the app but let us manage things!! None of these functions are hard to implement. It's ridiculous.

I created a tutor profile and it shows me as a student and a tutor. Also, it would be nice if they offered a message board or something to post messages for students. Like I had to cancel because of technical issues or emergencies. Revised. Apparently the App is only made for students. I can not ,as a tutor, access anything being it still shows me as a student. Confused Edited
