I like the service and how easy it is to use. I just wish the customer help and service is better and not only relying on Q&A and emails that take time to review. Some issues I faced needed immediate solution, and it took some time to be resolved. I had a problem with the payment as it said in installment, but actually, they took the whole amount. But they were happy to help and followed up with me until I had an answer. It's true service. Whatever you read on the website is there.

We have subscribed Cambly kids recently to improve the speaking abilities and to have our kid feel more confident while talking in English. The tutor we are working with is great and very patient. I saw the impact of the lesson immediately on my daughter. That was great and it worths any penny we spent. The only feedback I can share about the app is that it would be nice to review the offline tutors on android version. It is sometimes hard to find the recommended tutors to check.

My 7 year old twins have been using Cambly for 2 months now. As long as we have a good internet connection, the application works smoothly. All the tutors have been really nice, patient and encouraging. Both of my kids already progressed in speaking and they started recognizing words.

I have a problem. After they have updated the application , I can't join any lesson . I contacted them, but there is no response. Today I have a lesson but it is written (no upcoming lessons )!!!!! I don't know what's the problem is. I hope they see my review and fix it as soon as possible. Edited

It's a good app. My first child really enjoys learning English with this app. But it still has a minor problem with adding one more child. I've try the function of adding one more child but it didn't work.
