It's the worst!! This app doesn't work anymore for Android. It used to work just fine. What have you done to it.? Since last update. I see the history of the cars and when I click on a specific car it does not Open the report again. When I tried to copy the VIN number. It does not allow. Please fix it. That's why I m paying you guys for my subscription! Edited

For the last 2 weeks this app been extremely frustrating for me a Samsung user... My dealership pays $1,500 a month for Carfax online and I am ready to throw my phone against the wall. I have made multiple contacts with Carfax and nothing gets resolved. Why would they try to fix something that wasn't broke? Like everyone else frustrated it keeps logging us out, it will not properly scan, and multiple other issues

This is going on 2 weeks of this terrible update. If I get lucky and the little camera scans the vin after like a whole minute of trying maybe I can see the Carfax if it dosen't kick me out of the app. Otherwise it will NOT let me manually enter a vin#, it dosen't fit the whole vin. I enter the plate/state and it comes up with the vehicle but then it will not let me run the Carfax????? PLEASE FIX THIS OR GIVE ME THE OLD VERSION BACK!!!

It's good, but there needs to be an option to download or save the reports to your phone like you can on desktop. Or at least send one via email or something. It's virtually impossible to share anything with customers besides a screenshot which is very unprofessional.

Seriously, Carfax? After the last update (at least on Android), the app starts asking me if I want to run the carfax report when I enter/paste the vin. What else do I need to do (or what other things you guys offer) other than run the carfax! I'm surprised who implemented and who approved what they were thinking! Just hire real engineers!

We're sorry for the inconvenience. The recent update fixed a feature related to showing a confirmation dialog. If 'Confirm Reports' is turned on in the settings, it will show a dialog before running the report. You can disable this feature in the settings page by turning off 'Confirm Reports.'
