Honestly, I can't get the app to work at all. It takes almost 10 minutes to get to the login screen. Then, it takes about another 10 minutes to decide to tell me something went wrong when I try to log in. I can't use the create new account or lost password either, as all I get is an "error code 404, page not found," after waiting a while for either screen to load. It's faster to just walk in, get my scale ticket, adjust my tandems if needed, and then re-scale.

Looks like it's working now. (If you just created the account as a new user, it might take a few hours to sync up and let you log in, that was my experience) Pretty slick, worked as expected while on the scale. Pulled up, told the app to weigh me, then downloaded the PDF after I paid. (It also sent an email copy) Thanks to support/dev for the quick reply on my first review! Edited

Matthew, normally that means something is wrong with your account if you're able to login to the website but not the app. If you continue to have issues give our help desk a call at 877-228-7225 ext.5 so we can get this resolved for you.

Got it to work once, all the other times I tried to use it I get the failed to communicate with scale equipment message. But it was real nice the one time it did work. It's been awhile and I have been using the app just fine. I was going to up the star rating to a 4 but then this new update came out and I wish I never upgraded to it. My main complaint is the print on it is too small and hard to read. I can find anyway to enlarge the print on it without changing the font size on my phone.

We researched your issue and we can see that in two cases, the operator in at the fuel desk was printing another individuals ticket. During this process, it allows the Weighmaster to complete the transaction they are performing them before alerting them to authorize a Weigh My Truck transaction.

This app is great, its accurate and I haven't had any problems locating scales. It saves alot of time I feel like especially if you have to re-weigh. You can see your weight without having to go inside and you can pay all through the app. I still have to go inside to get a hard copy but you dont have to wait to see your weight then go outside and change it, then reweigh and come back inside to see the change if your legal or not. Ok when it works. Biggest complaint is that I switch trailers all the time and the place where you set that is buried. It should be right up front. Update: the developer responded. I do not want to update the app on the scale running to the back of the trailer for the plate number. Prefer a button up front to update while I am doing my inspection. Seems a simple enough request. Richard, When you switch trailers you do not have to go to the website to update anything. When you start the weigh process it will ask to verify your truck and trailer information which can be changed at that time. Give us a call at 877-228-7225 ext.5 if you have any issues.
