Too expensive, very buggy, very slow, virtually no customer service, many of the average speed cameras are missing, the maps are always outdated, and when I cancel my subscription they threaten to send debt collectors, but contacting them is impossible. Avoid like the plague and use an app like Waze. Free, works better, is far more complete, is much more up-to-date, and has many more features. Edited

The 2025 update really destroys the experience. No new feature but the UX is significantly worse. Confirmation buttons on top of the screen require much more effort than when they were on the bottom and one could rest a wrist on the dash for better accuracy. Unsafe. Legibility is just worse across the board. It became much harder to distinguish my speed from the speed limit, etc etc A real waste.

Nearly unusable with android auto (althought it's more expensive). With my Android 12 phone, when connected to the car, the app gets incredibly slow and keeps geo localizing me at random places, making it almost pointless. Also doesn't show the speed when connected to the car. Works way better on an iphone, so beware before buying a subscription

Fails to login, so app and paid subscription are useless. Customer support can't help either, no way of debugging. Reinstall is not helping either. Update: driving to another place allowed me to log in again all of a sudden. Issue fixed, but this shouldn't happen (and if it would, there should be some kind of log to get a solution/fix faster). There is almost constant lag of voice guidance. I find it difficult to search a favourite address while on the move. Speed cameras are not shown on map, as with Waze. It also offers worse guidance in case of traffic when compared to Waze. Last but not least, it does not beep as the Coyote device when approaching speed cameras; they claim it avoids inattention but a lot less than the classic device since you cannot hear it.
