I love this sequel. And thank you for a save/load option! It saves me the trouble of having to restart when I made a wrong choice. When the old cast was introduced, I was expecting them to have more of a presence, but they hardly do. They only get like one appearance. And I got excited to meet them too! Royal Affairs is mostly about politics, but the romance is the good part as always.

I love playing. But after not playing for a bit now it won't load past the title screen. At least the settings comes up. And sometimes the achievements. But mostly it freezes and I can't get past that. Going to wait a bit for any updates and download again before I buy. Really really love the interactive Novels 🙌🏼

It was okay. It felt like no matter what the MC said the characters would react in about the same way each playthrough. To draw a weird parallel, the MC's dialogue options were kind of like Fallout 4s, with a handful of them that were secretly the same just reskinned. Clearly a lot of the writing was put into the side character's paths. Which would be great if any of them were interesting. An okay game, but not really a good sequel to the original.

It wasnt bad it kinda felt like creme de la creme which wasnt bad but both games are just good enough to be "meh" romances were weird and weren't really as spontaneous where they should've or could've been. I like the cheat system it's good for those who just want to read the story rather than play and potenally fail a stat check. Edited

Okay, THIS, is one of the best, top tier COG games in my opinion. I didn't think anything could top Creme de la Creme, BUT THIS IS AMAZING!! It truly takes into account your stats, the story is fulfilling and at times you are left to wonder, and the ending is glorious! I loved the characters so much, and the writing is great. Truly recommend this one, especially if you were a fan of CDLC. Absolutely worth it.
