Password works on the website, keeps telling me user name or password is wrong in app. app is useless.

After signing up (took all my info and allowed to sign in but there was no option to create a password. When I tried to just sign with a password it of course wouldn't accept it.

Unable to login. App unable to send link to reset password. I tried several times but app was unable to email link everytime.

It's a worthless website.I can't access documents, forms,or info on items to vote on or online voting. I attempted to vote online for a March 5,2025 budget item.I was redirected to a 3rd party called HOAst,Home Owner Assistant.HOAst said my username & password were incorrect,they were not,I entered them multiple times & for me to click a button & CA would send me a NEW username & password.HUH? HOAst required CA to choose a NEW username & password for me to vote online?I gave up,voted on paper.
