Pros: - Easy to use straight forward interface. Cons: - Didn't hold connection despite good connectivity. Tried both WiFi & mobile. - No error/diagnosis msgs. Dropped connection but no notice so wasted time thinking it was sending video when it wasn't. Plz add a status line for at least basic diagnostics. - Restarting with new code # & it would skip initial screen with Get Started button so session never established. - Didn't achieve goal. Ended up sending photos via email.

When I open the app, if it isn't already running, it has a blank white screen for 3 or 4 minutes, and then it starts working. I denied permission to connect to devices and location, but it required permission to manage calls.

It worked great for me tonight on my walmart special LG stylo 4! Impressive considering i was in a basement in the middle of nowhere with maybe one bar of cell signal standing outside. Set up was easy and when i inevitability did lose signal it took only a couple seconds to reconnect by just clicking the link i was sent by the adjuster via text message. Now i know why the adjuster kept reffering to the app as "his replacement" its definatly good, but not that good.

Installed app on my Android, it started up with a white screen with a 1x on it, for a few minutes sat there while on Wi-Fi with the up-and-down data transfer arrows going the whole time solid, I never got anything to click on in the app. Uninstall the app, rebooted the phone, reinstall the app, same thing.

Should be able to pull up claims at anytime instead of getting a special link, if you accidentally have app closed it no longer works with updating videos and they want lots of detail and description but only allows 1gb upload not convenient
