I just lost about 5 hours of work because apparently this app deletes hundreds of photos and forms if you upload a claim on mobile data that may be unstable. we work on storm sites with power lines down and damages infrastructure. if this app can't handle data exchange in that environment, it's pretty worthless. why call it "Mobile" if the one thing it can't handle is "mobile data?"

Overall, this app is great and easy to use. The one thing that I would like to see improved is the photo import from my Samsung phone. The phone takes really large photos and has no way to compress the file size of said photos. It would be amazing if xactimate would compress the files to a more manageable size went importing.

S...L...O...W... Also did a sketch free project for photos only, but photos came out blank in pdf, even though you can see them on the phone and in Desktop. Had to delete and reupload. Which is supposed to not happen when using this app. Xactware needs to field test this more. Update. Photos still wonky Update. It has gotten way better. Just a few things. Please give dark mode. Please add more desktop functionalities to mobile.

I only use this for sketching on site. Everything else I do in the desktop app. The biggest problem that they need to fix is switching between devices. Logging in on one device, logs you out on another. That would be totally fine except that when you go to log back in on the PC after having been logged in on another PC or on the Android it takes half an hour bc the software keeps freezing. Tested this on multiple machines and phones. Something about the login system is screwy. Time is money.

Great for getting photos labeled onsite. Not really used for anything else however, as the remaining features lack. Xact needs to make mobile the exact same thing as online and stop acting like there is a need for three products. If you have a smart phone, you should be able to full scope on it.
