One day almost two weeks ago now, the game stopped working. Since then I have not been able to open it no matter what I do (turn phone on and off, uninstall and install, force stop). It just WILL NOT OPEN. I had a large amount of coins, over 1,000 power ups and was part of a really cool group.. Now I've probably been kicked out because I've been inactive for too long and who knows if I'll ever get any of my things back... Super disappointed. I used to really enjoy it

I want to give 4 or 5 stars, but Bingo Story will not load and no one responds to emails seeking a fix. I was able to play for 2 or 3 hours the night i downloaded it and i LOVED it! Next day,opened it and it is frozen on the opening screen with the loading bar stuck at not even a 3rd full and a Contact Customer Care blue box in lower right hand corner( and of vourse, the glitch affects the functionality of that page,too). Long and boring review, but I jusy really wish i could play!!!!

Now it's asking for an update but it's not updating and I hit play and nothing is happening. It used to wonderful. Not it crashes constantly. Free goes are gone. It gives you the same prices over and over again so it takes forever to finish a area. Upgrade does not upgrade goes straight to play and outs you in a loop. PLEASE FIX THIS GAME!!!!! Edited

Considering this is a pay to play and the average 4 card game with any chance of winning tokens and advancement is like 5 dollars, they sure haven't worked out the bugs.. or employed any type of "customer support". I've been a player since 2019, and clipwire just lost an invested player. I can go down the street and pay as much as I do weekly and win actual money. Do better clipwire and I might come back.

Boring ads that no one would want to sign up for. More than 2 cards and it purposely semi-freezes on every tile you daub. Just to be clear. That is cheating! I also dont like the fact it disables your back button. Sure, there are just as easy ways to close the app, but that's not the point. Ads are one thing, but controlling your devices most used key? No more.
