Streaming hasn't worked for months on my Sony Android TV. I've rebooted, cleared storage, cleared cache, and reinstalled the app multiple times. It will not start any streams. The LG WebOS version works fine on my LG tv in the same house. Such a widely used news outlet should not settle for a 1.8 rating on a primary means of viewing their content. How much do they pay their head of IT for a non-working app? One word from the top would surely get it fixed. I'll fix it for half their salary! Edited

glitchy. have to constantly uninstall and reinstall app. if I need to pause what I'm watching I will come back to a white screen. also does not automatically go to next episode, kicks me out and I need to uninstall and reinstall again. after watching this documentary I will be deleting.

any time I want to watch the live stream it lags and freezes. I have to force stop the app and then it will work but if I leave and come back to it, same thing. if this keeps up I will cancel and ask for a pro rated refund. this app's behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

I just paid for a year subscription just so that I could watch the shows on the app. I can't even watch because it just keeps buffering. Edited

I enjoy the content but the app stream constantly freezes you have to back out go into a different stream and then go back to the original stream to fix it so the app's not freezing but the actual stream freezesso if I'm watching CNN live it will freeze and I have to go over to CNN International to get it to unfreeze and then go back to CNN live in order to watch the news this is on a Hisense a7
