Was fine, but it's so silly that on a Samsung Galaxy phone, I have to switch my navigation bar from the original three buttons to swipe gesture just to even hit next on the prompts. Edited

1st annoying item, it makes you go back month by month to input a birthday. You can't input a year so start with Jan 1 and then start sweeping the months back 20 year (240 ish months) until you get to their birthdate. Next it has you input the service member's information but this doesn't create an account for you, even though you created a password. So you create yourself and account. After that it tells you you have to set your password, but you can't. Stuck here so created this review.

This app has lot of useful information available.in this app very valuable toll to service members and their families.this app is awesome everyone related to military. You should download this app. Apart from that it should easily navigate and each pages has valuable information available.i have checked multiple apps but this is one of best of them. every information available which i need , thanks to Red cross to provide such services. Cannot add my information because of the UI problems. I cannot continue to the next page because my phone's "back" button extends over top of the next page button

I can't really use it since it won't let me create an account, and the only help option is to call them to do it instead, so not really helpful. Nice idea, I guess.
