Trying to download chapters of the lifeguarding book and the app has crashed 6 times already and failed to finish downloading chapters many, many times. I can't believe I'm locked into this app or a web browser to read the danged materials. Want to soom in or out? Hope you don't expect pinch to zoom to behave. And God help you if you scroll past an image. At this point, Ive bought the dead tree version. This is way too unreliable. Edited

Doesn't work. Opens to first page, then crashes closed as you try to scroll further. Repeatedly, even after I painstakingly downloaded whole large file direct to device. If yall will not provide pdf anymore, you at least need a reader that works. It should work on any device, anywhere (rural or urban).

Confusing and separate from training site. App wants access to all pictures, videos and files when it's only one first Aid book being downloaded and referenced. Not viable and unusable

App crashes every time you open it. Says it is out of date but there doesn't seem to be any available update.

Crashes repeatedly on phone; completely unusable. Runs on tablet (same manufacturer, same OS version), but who is going to have their tablet with them in an emergency?
