The billing interface is deceptive. When I selected the "one month" subscription option, it appeared that I would be billed for only about $30, which is the cost for about one month. I thought I would need to renew the subscription, if I wanted to continue. I had no idea that I was in fact being charged for a one-year subscription. The payment button that I pushed on Google Play did not state that it was for a $189.99 YEARLY subscription. Customer service denied my refund request. Buyer beware.

Constantly messing up, keeps saying connecting when ever I open the app on my phone, and try to read my messages to the point where I can't see my messages because it is covered with the connecting message, it's been like this for over 2 months,I've reported this multiple times and no one has done anything to fix this issue, and now I just renewed my subscription and it won't let me read or message others it keeps telling me I subscribe when I'm already subscribed, this app is heavily flawed.

I think the app is good. The problem is for me the price and the fact you would pay nearly 30 euros for every platform you offer. Also i do not want to resend my ID to every additional page i use. Also the chat is really basic,people wander off to whatsapp because of that reason. (Edit: second time platinum member on two different Cupid sites) Edited

Just another money wasting dating app filled with women who are happy to waste your time. If you're interested in romancing a Brazilian then go to Brazil. I mean, I feel like this site's creators are at least trying to facilitate good experiences, though. It's good for practicing your Portuguese, at least. Edit: reached out to support, and they are responsive, and it did clarify some things. But this is still a waste of time, sorry. Edited
