I’ve been trying to upload my photos for over a week, and they keep disappearing minutes after they show as “successfully added.” I’ve followed every guideline — clear face, no filters, under 10MB, proper format — and even contacted support. I submitted a ticket (which still hasn’t been answered properly), tried reinstalling the app, using different devices, cropping the pics — nothing works. I can't even use the app properly or respond to messages because of this. Really disappointed

I created a profile and it was immediately terminated. Oh well To the developer: I read your long and ambiguous terms. I literally made an account, added photos and filled the profile out a little before I got distracted. Came back to finish and it was terminated. But I honestly was just interested in what this was like. I don't care enough to reach out. Dating apps are a dime a dozen. Edited

Update I have one issue and they fixed it. But the only thing that I don't like now you are not able to set a age limit on the online part (only the match) and it's not a lot of people on this app mostly are older guys but the app let you see their face and profile before sending them a message,($$$)to send message which is understandable. So far, this app has been interesting. I for some reason can't get my personality answers to save. I also find it stupid that one person has to have an upgraded membership for people to communicate. It makes it extremely hard to connect with people you are actually interested in. It gets two stars because it does have more options to show who you are which I like.

I previously rated it 2 stars because of the insane membership pricing, scammers, bots, and poor moderation. But now I'm giving it 1 star because they just updated the app and made it even worse! There are 2 membership types [Gold and Platinum]. The most recent update stripped the Gold membership of anything remotely valuable, thus forcing you to buy the more expensive Platinum membership if you wanna do anything "advanced" in the app. But the advanced features here are basic anywhere else.
