Sorry but no point in using it. In order to message the user, you have to have one using a premium. What's the point in paying at all. As someone who studies user interface this is not the way to go. I can understand the messaging can be in standard but if you can't change it then I don't see this app being successful. You are just making it difficult to members talking to someone. All I see is money

Hi KasumiVA, As a standard member, you can still enjoy numerous benefits such as sending interest to other members and communicating with paid members. We wish you the very best with your search for love. Please contact us at www.koreancupid.com/en/help/helpdesk if you have any further concerns.

The app worked and was fairly easy to navigate. I paid for a month trying to get better matches. I don't think it helped. Most of the men it suggested did not match what I was looking for. The men replying were mostly creepy and they all wanted to communicate through a seperate app instead of this one. Probably because to be able to message you have to have a paid subscription. Edited

They terminated my profile after being on it only for a few hours. When I reached out customer support they said the following.... -Government-Issued Photo ID -Photo of You Holding the ID -Current Location I'm sorry but that's too invasive for a dating app. I suspect they removed my profile for racial reasons.

leaving a 1 star (revision / new user) so apparently I need to upload personal Information like my ID and me holding my ID in order to use this dating app which, I have never heard of anyone doing it other dating apps. Is this something every single user has to do? If so, that needs to be stated in the app store. I felt like their was some type of racial discrimination behind it since my account was immediately deleted. Did anyone else have to upload a photo ID and a selfie to use this app? Edited

You keep deleting my profile for no reason. I do not post fake pictures but you keep doing it anyway. I contacted support and asked why they keep deleting my account and they told me to send a copy of my ID or passport. NO! I dont know who are and I'm not going to share private information with an email from tech support. I will be reporting you to the FTC and USA federal commission for trying to steal people's personal identity and information. Terrible app.

Dear Tinky, We apologize for any concerns caused. To ensure a safe community, we occasionally require photo IDs to verify member authenticity. Rest assured, IDs are used solely for verification and are destroyed immediately after the process. Zaweria, The KoreanCupid Team
