App needs a bit of work , but I really appreciate the effort. Loads very slow, even with great wifi access. Clear drop dowm menus with accurate labeling would be wonderful as well as quick loading time. All equipment and titles could be loaded on the initial app with the bulk of the information downloadable. Menus and titles again could instantly populate as they are on the loaded app. It would let the installer know if the information is even availible. When fully accessible the rest would come

Excruciatingly slow. Like, WOW! slow. Still missing a lot of information on equipment but if the sync completes some day maybe it will show up then? Not sure why technical specs for furnaces is displaying fields for ACs and heat pumps and no data found when looking for parts. Matchup tool does not appear to work at all Edited

App is working a little better lately but there is one big problem. I updated to the current version the day the update came out June 12th and today, July 8th the sync feature has yet to complete its synching. I've tried logging out as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app along with clearing the cache and app data with no success. The app really needs this task to complete so it can function prooerly so please guys can you fix this. Edited

installed the app, went thru all the 'create new account' steps. Tried to login several times and all i get is 'account undefined'. If you call Daikin, they only handle tech support by app or email. The automated operator spouts of the email so fast, you can't get it. VERY unhappy with Daikin!

Junk. Just like their equipment. Signed up and verified but it won't let me log in. Just error "account undefined". Daikin Service app won't work either. Tech support won't answer or call back. Hold music from hell.
