I set a temperature in the app and it randomly changes the setting to something else. When things are working well, this happens twice a week. But sometimes it happens hourly. There is virtually no customer support system for homeowners - there is no phone # to call, no online chat available, and it's very difficult to find the support email address. Quite simply, the app fundamentally fails to achieve the most basic tasks it's designed for. Update: a year later, it's still horrible. Edited

When it works I prefer this app to the wall control. BUT the big issue is that it seems to randomly "disconnect" one or all of my 4 units. I can't get them back "online" within the app. Extremely frustrating after being used to using an Ecobee or Nest thermostat with an Alexa. Having to get up (especially in the middle of the night) and work my way thru the menu on the wall unit is a frustration. I don't think my guests could manage their room temperature without a training session😵💫

jan 26 Schedule toggle problem fixed, but app seems much more quirky on staying connected to wireless. units are constantly showing as disconnected. especially right after I change the temperature on one. worse now than any time since 2022 when installed. this is keeping me from buying additional units for my outbuilding. Keeps disconnecting various units. We have 4 units and at least 1 disconnects every time we use them. Very frustrating. please fix this app. now I can't get logged in and can't reset my password. Edited

1-star for lack of local WiFi control. Forcing me to log into a cloud account to control my home devices is user-hostile. Expose a local API. The cloud service is bad. Frequent disconnects. Today I can't log in at all for some reason. Edited
