UPDATE 6/20/25: still can't get the game to load and it's been months! I miss being able to play every day! Now, I can't play at all. The game won't load past 88% before shutting itself down. didn't fix anything! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I love this game! My all time favorite game. But ever since the latest update, I can't even get the game to load. It keeps shutting itself down. It exits out of the app at random times. Can't even get past the first loading screen without the app shutting itself down! Edited

I've played this game off and on for years, and the UI has always been a clunky mess, but the new UI is even worse. Not only is the new UI just as clunky as the old ui, but it's ugly as hell, too. At least the old UI was nice to look at. Please bring back the old UI and fire whoever decided this new UI was a good idea! I've tolerated the bland, unispired, pay-to-win events with cards that don't even match the era the event is for. I've tolerated so much, but I can't tolerate this new UI.

love the game! could be better my main gripe with this game is that there's no option to speed up the note speed (the rate at which the beats meet the area you click them). if there was, i think it would help people play way better! im not sure how hard it would be to integrate, though. it would stop the note-crowding on the beat maps, and that's something people who play at higher speeds usually struggle with.

This game is a lot of fun! I enjoy the collecting of cards, and the maps are fun. Thing is, sometimes the app just doesn't register my finger presses?? It feels like it's obvious that I'll press a note, but then the app just doesn't register it. This makes it really frustrating to try and 3 star a map. This is the only bad thing about the game though. Other than that, I love it. Edited

I appreciate that the loading time issue has been corrected finally. Thank you devs! However, I've noticed that in addition to glitches, the game has been far more strict/far less forgiving with the taps. By that I mean that it's much more difficult to get "S. Perfect" taps now. Many many more of my taps have been "Perfect" and "Good" than before the latest update, and it's frustrating, especially when trying to achieve a certain score. I'm wondering why this change has been made.
