UPDATE: I've contacted them three times. No response back. Incomplete app. Hard to contact for troubleshooting. App will randomly log you out, then will send you a code to log back in, but the screen freezes up and won't allow you to hit continue. It gives you an option to login by email, but sends you right back to the phone number login. But if you contact them to troubleshoot, you don't hear back. This is the same issue that I had a year and a half ago and hasn't been fixed. Edited

The app works. The design is unique and the app easy to use. I got my first match in a few hours later after joining the app(matches are free to send messages). The users on the app are friendly and enthusiastic. BTW, the customer service is good. You could ask for help from their support team if you meet any problem. Of course, the app is not perfect - need to pay for some features. But I do believe such a unique dating app with such excellent customer service will become better and better.

This app does not consistently display the profiles. Half the time I don't get to see each person's name or even where they are located. Like the top half of the profile is cut off. Restarting the app doesn't help. Quite an issue when you consider how far away most of these people live and the fact that It doesn't seem to honor your preferences regarding how far away you are "shopping" or how old/age range you're looking for. I have been on it for one day and I'm ready to bail.

Just downloaded the app so far I am not liking how when your typing the keyboard blocks what your typing. So your basically typing like your blind be nice if that could be fix as I never have had that issue with any other apps or dating apps where the keyboard blocks your view. Also sending a message isn't working the best as it seems to constantly keep trying to send with a circlelar icon on the left had side of the message. As if I had a bad connection but I have full service 5g data. Edited

Not that many people on the app. Maximum search distance is 500 miles. That range covers several huge cities for me, LA, Vegas, Phoenix and all the farm land between them.. My age range was 35-55. Those are very broad ranges/pools, but only a handful (dozen) or so candidates resulted. Must not be that many "farmer" types anymore. When I lowered the age range, there were more kids on here, but not what I am looking for.
