Been having the magazine for years decided to upgrade to digital it does not work emailed and phoned 6 times told it's a technical issue that would be fixed, this was a week ago considering they are supposed to be a tech magazine they are not very quick in fixing the problem they have took my money for upgrade and not interested in fixing the problem want be renewing my subscription.

Used for a couple of years & been very good. Haven't been able to access my magazines since mid October. Keep getting "Subscriber ID Incorrect" message. Made several calls to support but still not resolved. Get same message on different tablets & on website. Useless.

A no starter, just had green rings going round and round on wifi snd on 5g, paid for digital subscription but app is not working. If your going to take people's money for subscription then don't put up a useless app that can't be used. Absolute disgrace.

I have been using the app for years, and all of a sudden, it has stopped working with a "failed to fetch feed of feeds error." This has rendered it useless, and there is no help available. Edited
