It doesn't work. I have a premium membership that renews in March 2021, and I can't access the content I've paid for through this app. I logged in through the main menu, but when I try to access any of the magazine issues, I am prompted to login again. The app doesn't accept my credentials and just sits there spinning on the password acceptance screen. Checking the box to "remember me" does nothing.

Reduced the rating to 1 now that I have uninstalled and installed the app more times than I can remember to fix the incessant log on issue which appears to be impacting a lot of other users who are experiencing the same issue. Either fix the app or allow viewing via a desktop app. The content is great but the prospect of having to uninstall and re install the app means the frequency of reading articles is no more than once a month. Yep, same as everyone else. Constant prompts to login in an endless and perpetuating cycle that still does not allow you to access articles at the end of it. Best attempt at help from support was 'try reinstalling the app' (spoiler.. it didn't work). Decanter are choosing not to fix this problem, don't reward them with your subscription money.

Terrible experience. I've paid for something that doesn't work properly. For updating the articles I need to uninstall the app and then install it again. Slow and sluggish, keeps logging me out. It's a shame because it's a great idea having a platform where all the issues are available to read. If only it worked

I felt I had to say something. I really enjoy the magazine and content, but as a premium subscriber this is one of the slowest, clunkiest apps I've used. It almost needs a total overhaul. Perhaps take inspiration from some news apps like The Times to improve UI and functionality.
