Amazing app. But suggestions 1. A premium subscription, for a month or 3 months or a year is more practical. I'm a student, so I have to record what my lecturers are saying everytime I have lectures. 10 hrs at that price is ridonculously outrageous. Please look into this. 2. Please give room to watch ad for more time. For example, 1 ad for 5 minutes. 3. Please give room for editing of texts.

UPDATE Customer service responded pretty quickly, refunded me my time and helped find a solution for the error. Seems like it's something that happens a lot. You have to give special permission to record while the phone is locked. DO NOT RECCOMEND I recorded a meeting that was an hour and 38 minutes long through the app, paid to transcribe it and it only has audio for the first 58 minutes. Edited

it's a great app even though they transcribe just a little then demand for money before full transcription. I loved it only that after making my weekly payment,they didn't still give me the full summary. I think that's bad from them.
