Used to be great but the last 2 updated have left it unusable. First they made it impossible to find stories outside of the top 7 they deemed important. Then this week the updated has caused daily crashes, VERY slow loading, and rather than a list on news stories (recent) or headlines with thumbnails (previous) the image for the story takes up almost the entire screen on the front page so you have to scroll far just to see what news you have access to. Uninstalling.

I just uninstalled the app. I'd had the app installed for awhile. The only reason I installed it was because I wanted access to weather and traffic. The sports access was a plus. They were the only 3 notifications that I have enabled. I kept getting notifications for anything and everything that they (WFAA) decided was important. It's been worse since Covid and the campaigning started. You can turn off whatever you like but you will still get notifications on everything.

Update on 9.22.19. Omg they updated it and the fonts are now so tiny, and ads are interwoven with real stories. Everything is now splashed all over the place with no categories for news. I give up and am uninstalling. Horrible app. I am always clicking on headlines to find gibberish and can't read the story. Fix your postings! It's so annoying to read and headlines and not be able to read the story.

I hate this app so much now, it was my go to, but I'll probably just remove it from my phone. The new update doesn't let you see much of the future weather predicted to come, but we can look at the past...why would I want to look at the past weather more than the future? Also, when the temp is posted, it will say it's 7° outside, meaning it's missing the 8 in front. It should say 87° not °7. Happens all the time, I could look past that, but the new radar tracker is just too much.

Editing for recent things. The radars literally do not want to work. I used to love how accurate your radars were. Now? Risking my life if I gotta depend on your weather radars. They won't load, when they finally do they don't time lapse. It's ridiculous. I was trying to check of we were in the path of a strong storm and by the time the radar actually loaded up? The freaking sirens were going off as the storm had turned tornadic. Thanks for almost getting us killed.
