The app works. But first off you can't turn off the notification sound. And two it's always running. The reason I bring this up is when you're using your cell phone to run this. These two things make it annoying to use. Other than that the app works as it should. But I don't like things I can't turn off when not in use. And I don't like my music or audiobooks interrupted by a bybass noise when I can visually see that I got the the bypass or have to pull in to the weigh station.

Thank you for sharing this with us. Happy to share that there is a way to shut down the app when not using it. Click the back button on your phone with the app open and you will be asked if you want to close or run in the background. I will share your feedback about audio control with our team. I gave it 5 stars because drivewyze is highly recommended tool for drivers on the road. the app on the phone works very well, however, I find it very annoying that the phone has to be unlocked to have the heads up and preclear. I feel like it should work all the time that the app is running that way if you don't notice a weight station it still warns you and decides to pull you in or not. either way great tool, very useful.

UPDATE: I just cancelled my account after 5 years as a happy customer. Why? Because my company is FINALLY providing it. My 2016 review still holds true. Except the volume has greatly improved. Thanks Drivewyze. PROIR: This app is fantastic. It's lightweight & so simple to use. Love it! I only have 1 wish....volume control. The audio notifications are triple the volume of anything else I may have playing on my phone. Scares the bejeezus out of me every time. Other than that, it's fantastic.

PLEASE fix the sound problem! Just as everyone has said, it completely hijacks your sound at a root level so you can't control it at all, and your music or whatever you were listening to is permanently quiet until to close and restart the apps. Please fix this..or at least give us an option to turn off sound in the app completely..at least that would be a partial fix. It's SOO annoying. It's made me turn off all safety alerts..

It's a great platform but the new UI with the latest update absolutely sucks. I'm not a fleet subscriber, I personally subscribe and I am literally locked out of everything. Went to the website UI and I'm locked out of everything there too. Loved it before the update. Want my ability to control the app I pay monthly for back. Seriously considering switching to prepass if it can't get updated with the bugs worked out soon. Edited
