Needs a major revamp! No way to manage credentials on the app No where to make notes for clients that cancelled or no show for various reasons, or inform MTM of updates for client contact information. While it does the bare basics, this app needs a major overhaul. There should also be a manager app to connect with company drivers running trips for MTM. This app is no match for other competitive apps that offer so much more.

Every time there's an update, this app crashes, and drivers can't get on. fix what you're going to fix and leave it alone. we loose money every time you think you're updating for the better.

The UI is just not good at all. Constantly logging out, sometimes not able to complete trips, no links to call the phone number for the patient it gives you on the app. I'd rather go back to pen and paper. Edit: FIX THE APP OR MAKE A NEW ONE Edited

I have had a lot of complaints from the riders that I pick up and drop off. It's usually because I am late. The problem is, that the rides are being scheduled to close to each other. The drivers aren't given enough time, especially when you have a multi riders. To make this a better experience for the rider and the driver, don't schedule too many trips to close to each other. And I live in Sacramento CA and there's a lot of road conditions on the freeways and streets. That makes the driver late Edited

App uses military time. Doesn't save my logins information. Keeps crashing. The company in general have shady tactics when it comes to cashing out. They put a hold on your earnings and then fine you if take. It's amazing how these guys have other branches in other states given the way they operate. I sincerely hope this company gets bought it soon and replaced with something else!
