Waste management is impossible to cancel. The app does not offer a cancel service option. I set up service for my mother, then she tried to cancel after a few missed pickups, and they told her i had to call to cancel. Then every time I called I was put on hold for literal hours at a time. I tried the call back feature and they called me back just to put me on hold for hours. Then when I eventually got through they insisted my mother had to call. Frustrating! Go with another trash service.

What was once a no frills app (no pick up notifications/ calendar export etc) is now just totally unusable (I can't even see when my recycling days are any more). Basically if you need to do anything beyond paying a bill it will not do much for you. I am currently very much missing the city-run apps and services that I had used before signing up for WM.

Like WMs service, their app sucks. To contact them, you click on your address, and then it says click on the number below to contact us. Exept there is no number and no other options to call them. Clicking on alerts takes you to a window with a spinning wheel that never stops spinning and displays no info. This app is just aweful and well represents that failed customer service of the company as a whole. Edited

App is non functional. Tells me I've had too many unsuccessful login in attempts and I must change password. Ok, dumb app just keeps looping back to the same login screen no matter if I press reset password or forgot password. Now I'm getting bill overdue notices every month despite the system showing I made a payment AND me calling in person and getting a confirmation number. SO tired of having to spend MY time trying to clear this up, get the app to work, & missed pickups

No one responds to missed pickups on the app. It's useless. It's a black hole. How about actually picking up the trash on the days we PAY MONEY FOR! I've been paying for a service and not actually receiving the service. Didn't pick up trash 6 days in a row after calling them every day. Made commitments they didn't keep. Trash is still on the street on day 6.
