pretty okay, but definitely could be better on auctions. the UI is something to get used to, but for notifications on bids, I do not know how to make it alert my ongoing watchlist. unless I bid on the item, it won't tell me if the item I'm watching is about to expire soon. it's difficult to see how to make certain notifications like what I just suggested do that. still, this app serves its purpose to the standard at least. buy, bid, you can do that here.

Ebay is a terrible place to try to sell products. Even when you list all your items at a 15% ad rate, things just won't sell. Within the last 30 days, I've had over 830 total views, found in search results over 322,000 times- but only "one" sale. Really ebay?? At least there are other platforms to sell your products on, and I encourage others to do likewise. Edited

I can change notification settings now. I disabled notifications for ebay lives and I still get them! also I reported an item for manipulating search results, listing with the wrong item condition (i.e listed as "pre-owned" but the title and desc. say "for Parts&Repair") got an email saying the AI didn't find anything despite that the item name in the same email said "PARTS ONLY". yes, it's in all caps in the item name. How did this go over the AI's head?! Stop giving me tiny shipping labels!! Edited

Update 05/03/25: As a part-time seller, using the app primarily, I have to bring this down from 5 to 3. The new "updated" seller interface was completely unnessesary, & just plain bad. It turned a one-page interface into 4-5 seperate pages. Months later, after major bug fixes the formatting is still terrible, causing the buyer to scroll left & right to read each section/paragraph as one long line. I wish we could simply opt back to the former seller interface! You fixed what wasn't broken. 😢 Edited

Yard sale eBay is dead. eBay is flooded with China sellers, shipping fees, delayed China shipping. Selling has never been worse. I sold some very clean valuable items on here that at worst should have sold for around 1000. I netted less than 500 with the fees and shipping costs. Once someone bids on an item you can't update your listing, even if it's better for the buyers. Stick to marketplace. I've been using eBay a long time and I'm hanging it up. Edited
