I am constantly ordering on jane. I also buy majority of my Christmas gifts on jane as well. But for the past month every time I try and open the app, it tells me my session has expired, to log in again, but it doesn't let me and just keeps flashing. Tried uninstalling the app and installing again, didn't fix the issue. Now I can't use the app at all.

I used to love this app, but it has a glitch of some kind now. It won't let you do anything. The screen just flashes and says your session seems to have expired. I tried clearing the cache. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Even tried to do a new install on a new phone. Still doesn't work. What's up JANE??? It's been like 3 months. Get on your job and fix the app, please. This is ridiculous.

The past week or so, the app has been having an issue. When I open the app, it's having a spasm and just flashing on the screen with a box that says my session has expired, and I've been logged out. I can not log in, though, because the app is just having a flashing screen. I have uninstalled the app twice and re-installed it with the same problem persisting. Can this issue be resolved?

I used to love this app. I tried opening it 2 days ago (11/16/23) and now it's is glitching and flickering back and forth with the logo and a message saying my session has expired and to log in again. BUT IT WON'T LET ME LOG IN! It keeps cycling on the glitch. I have uninstalled and re-installed this app multiple times, nothing has fixed the issue.

I used to love this app and used it often, especially during the holidays. However, for a while now I have had issues with the app. It just gives me a message that my session has expired but I'm unable to log in due to the screen sporadically changing/flashing quickly. I have tried deleting and reinstalling with no success.
