Images fail to upload. When they do work, it takes a very long time to upload them. Filter never wants to work properly. You can tell it to only show open work orders but it will instead selectively remove SOME completed ones and leave the rest jumbled in. Options disappear whenever they want. and there is no way to be alerted of a comment made on a work order. You MAY get the notification, but clicking it does not open that particular work order, so if you get a comment, you'll never know.

Nothing but issues every time I get a call from here I have to waste an hour with tech support to get there app to work how crazy is it that there number one fix is delet the app and re-download it cause there app is so buggy

Constantly displays a popup for downloading a new version of the app. And when I click on it, it directs me to the version I already have downloaded. Edited

It crashes. The codes don't work. I leaving a good customer over no way to get payed. Tech watch out. Part do not work. This system works for customers and you don't get paid. I will not work again under this app.

Worst tech track software and support - as a technician using this for a customer it's a miracle if the app connects. Technical support is useless
