Changing from 5 stars to 2. This was my twins' favorite game, and we were happy to pay a one-time fee to unlock the extra content. Without warning, they've switched to subscription service, without grandfathering in folks that already paid to unlock content. Now not only do I regret supporting them, but they have actively made the app a worse experience by adding screens to purchase a subscription which my kids cannot navigate on their own. A shame. They added a bunch of new games that require a subscription. I paid a one time fee to unlock all the games before the update. Now my kid is constantly getting stuck on the subscribe screen because it always offers a locked game at the end of each game. There doesn't appear to be a way to hide the locked content to improve the experience.

This app was $5.99 originally, and the games were great. Without notice, we opened the app one day, and it prompted us to have to pay $8.99 a month for a subscription or a yearly subscription. I'm sure the games are great, but I don't appreciate the shady way of rescinding the games after I already paid for them.

I just purchased the year subscription at what was said to be 80% discount paying 29.99 for the year. After making payment it is saying that it’s going to charge me $29.99 next month and then monthly. I shouldn’t be charged again for a year if I purchased the years subscription. Very upset 😠 but my daughter loves the games. Edited

IUpdating my 4 star to a 1 star! I paid to unlock the games for this already as a "1 time" payment to have the games FOREVER. now they want me to pay again, for the games I already paid for!!! Not to mention they changed the UI and it is way too busy for my child to navigate alone! Don't waste your money!! this game is now a waste for your little. Edited
