Really cool tech, but I really hate how many features are locked behind a monthly subscription. I understand needing to pay extra for ongoing services that involve actual support staff, but basic features like saving recordings to my phone? I'd expect that to be part of the initial purchase. Lots of potential though- I'll definitely keep this product line on my radar

buggy app, requiring an account to use my stethoscope and asking for my medical credentials is nonsense. I didn't mind using an app to control this but connection issues abound and you don't need all this data. constantly trying to upsell a premium subscription on a very expensive device, it's possibly a hippa violation as it asks for your patient info as well. If I had known before I bought it, I would've chosen a different, less greedy company.

I am deaf and a bilateral cochlear implantee. I was so excited to find technology that works with my ears via Bluetooth. The reason it works is the app opens on my phone, which is connected to my ears. For the first 2 months, it worked perfectly. Then I had to get a new phone and now it is "glitchy". After talking to tech support, it came down to them telling me that my new phone is an "unsupported operating system". It works on Samsung Galaxy's up to the 23's, not the ones. Buyer beware!

So far so good. Good work on first gen app that records and plays back. I'd like to see an update that allows for pinch to zoom both the EKG and heart sound recording. it'll make it easier to see in a larger format. As it is now, the tracing is a little underwhelming. id also like the option to chose one or the other (EKG OR HR) instead of both. 6/16/19: better again, would like to see the ability to log in via fingerprint or iris recognition. Playing the audio back is absolutely awful. Every single recording has what sounds like someone punching or tapping on the stethoscope and mutes the audio for a second, which definitely is not there during recording. Cant export as an MP3 either, which is ridiculous. So sound is screwed up every single time, audio playback way too quiet on phones, and cant export as more file types

Thank you for reaching out! It sounds like you're having trouble hearing your recordings. We recommend using headphones, as phones can’t play low-frequency heart sounds well. For further assistance, please contact us at [email protected]. We’re here to help!
