I'm loving this app! I'm actually excited to run and loving the personalized feedback. I know exactly what to do and what the impact of my training is day-to-day and after each session. The insights into my genetics are amazing and the app seamlessly integrates this info into my training routine. It's so motivating to watch my scores improve and feel this reflected in my fitness, this is as personalized as it gets!

The app is slow. Workouts sometimes take 24-48 hours to load from the Garmin. Paid for genetic testing, and it took 6 weeks to get the results. I will say that the support team is extremely responsive. Other comments: daily nutrition recommendations do not necessarily fit vegan/vegetarian athletes; analysis of genetics is high-level (to dig in, you have to do your own research); and app is biased towards runners. It doesn't recognize intensity in strength training for strength/power athletes. Edited

It's a lot of bytes to waste Haley needs it my daughter .. so nfc is great and good way to receive as the sender keep receipts

How you gon support Garmin and whatever polar is but not Google or Samsung?? Sounds pretty dumb to me in the first place, and the fact that I can't use my Galaxy watch isn't making me want to buy this.
