Customer service is lacking and unhelpful. I tried to cancel my subscription months in advance when I realized the content provided wasn't for me. I was ignored. Canceled AGAIN, just before the 30 days they ask you to cancel within, they don't get back to you right away. Then they tell you that you didn't cancel soon enough and refuse to refund you the $20 they take for a months worth of service. Be very carefu when you start up an account with them. I never did get a response back from them.

Please email me at [email protected] and I would be happy to look into this and resolve the issue.

if the only news you care about is sports and entertainment this wouldn't be bad. if looking for local news this app has maybe 2 stories a week. poor reporting. Update: this paper has gotten worse! One of the reporters apparently has stock in a local real estate company. When you open the app the vast majority of "storys" posted are about houses for sale in the area. Please give us real news. Ads is the only thing this app is good for. They show up well, they take over the story, and after the recent update they are the story. The articles don't even show up when I click on a story, just a list of ads.
