This app WAS a good way to keep up with local news. Yes it had a lot of ads, but I get that they need to make money somehow. But now it's $22.99/month - no intro rate offered, and more expensive than other papers (Milw Journal, Chicago Tribune) by $5+! You can get an online paper subscription for $10.99, so why would I pay more than double for this app? Edited

Update: Way too many ads, hard to use. Interface is horrible. So many ads you can't even find the articles! Doesn't stay very updated. Many local stories missing. That could be, but when there are my ads than news stories, that would be a problem...

I understand your frustration; however, Ad revenue is a major source of revenue for newspaper outlets. Please contact digital support for suggestions on how to improve the apps performance on your device.

Worthless app. Ive had this app for years and enjoyed reading local news daily for years and didnt mind the barrage of ads since i didnt have subscription. Now need 22.99/mo subscription to read anything and have tons of ads. Very disappointed.

The last few weeks this app doesn't open more often than it does. Whatever update you did broke the app. Please fix it! This is horrible that you did something that now broke the app that so many people use! Have your coders check for the mistakes and fix them please.

The Journal Times is the honestly the best source for high quality news from reputable sources. This app is always up to date with all the latest news. They have push notifications for the new articles right when they post them. They have been purely factual on every article. I only read the news from them because they're absolutely trustworthy.
