Works semi ok on a pc. Works well on an ipad/iphone. Crashes constantly on android. Freezes up while searching. When I have to review the tape its worthless on my phone until I get in to work ans grab an iPad. Whats the point of allowing it on phones (android) if it clearly was meant more for apple users. Huge disappointment. I install cameras as a side job and I will NEVER install this for a customer. I use a Galaxy S8 and even tried on a note 8 and no matter what it locks up. Edited

Horrible android app. Also use an ipad at work. Runs much better on apple. Audio is horrible, usually doesn't load unless looking at live. If it does work when you rewind it, if you move time too much it freezes. I despise this app and wish my company would switch to a real cam system. If I could give 0 stars, this app would get it. If your using this app its prob for work. Just use on your desktop, still bad but not as bad as this.

Login is no problem, can see the video thumbnails....and thats about it. Can't watch live or past footage. Its just says oops something went wrong. Been this way all year and no change....my company depends on these systems and so far ive not seen anything good from envysion. Disappointed to say the least. 🙄🤔🤭😔😒

So, I was able to use it the day that there was an update. I couldn't use it the other day, I thought it was my wifi. Today, It shows the user name but not the password. The next is show and it has this loading circle but it just keeps loading. Edited

Horrible audio and video is real slow to load, if it does. Using on an S9+ and iPhone 11 Pro Max. Been like this for several months. Was hoping some updates would come to cure it. Help please! Edited
