Can't connect BT through app.... I can get my android (Motorola) phone to pair with the MOTOTRBO R7 radio over regular BT connection and both devices see/list each other, however when I try to connect through the app, it disconnects EVERY SINGLE TIME! I even tried it without regular BT connection first, but no matter what, it will not connect through the app. Very frustrating! Would love to use this app and its functionality, but need support!

Hi Brian, this feature requires EID purchase on the radio for the radio to allow the connection. The software license need to be activated on MOTOTRBO R7 in order to connect MOTOTRO M-Radio Control. Please contact your regional dealer/sales contact for the software license.

Nice app working fine with my radio. Only thing missing would be the ability to choose contacts for private calls.
