I've been trying to manage my registration on the Dama Community app for over three weeks now, and it has been absolutely terrible. Despite opening a support ticket more than a week and a half ago, I have not received any response or resolution. I rely on this app for everything, from requesting trash collection to accessing other essential community services, which I am unable to do due to a bug preventing my registration.

Useless app. They update NPR to access the parking and ask to register the car on the app. However, the app was empty and not helpful. The FM office can't do anything about it as it cause hassle to everyone living in the building. Implementing to use the app but the app was nothing but a waste of mobile storage.

This app is just an eye wash since the acees is with the company any tickets raised on this app it is deleted by the company without any reaolution. and best part is for this reason they closed email communications for any kind of complaints so no records are there.Total waste of time!!!!! Edited

Terrible user experience. they started rolling out an automated number plate recognition and told tenants to request permission through the app. Well apparently the app is half-baked. I could not see any option for it and so I'm denied permission to use my own parking. what's even worse is I'm not about to drive in, I could not drive out. just unacceptable.

Same app shows different features in different android mobile phones. It shows quick login feature with biometrics in one of my phone while there is no such option in other phone. When reported to customer care, they mentioned there is no such option as login with biometrics in Damac Living app and hence UAE pass can be used. Please update the software. PS - Biometric option is available in Moto Edge 40 but not available in Samsung S24 ultra
